offer a hand picked selection of regional produce part of our breakfast menu. This includes our own exclusive line
of Merino Saltbush Mutton Chops & Sausages.
Aged Free Range Spring Watered Saltbush
Our sheep are exclusively hand selected
exclusively on a 500km2 sheep station 50km to the North. Mutton provides a more intense flavour than lamb as it has
had time to absorb the natural flavours of the native saltbush plains.
These sheep are free range grazing predominately
on native Saltbush . This diet predominantly of native saltbush effectively flavours the meat naturally, giving a
distinct flavour. The clean spring waters of the Flinders Ranges also help cleanse the Sheep.
On the breakfast menu we use loin chops & our
own secret mix saltbush sausages. Our
saltbush mutton can also be purchased in vacuum packs for the BBQ.Wild Peach Jam
